RETURN POLICY

All returns need prior authorization by obtaining a return authorization number. You can request a return authorization. Please include your original invoice or order number with your request. Please put the word “Return” in the subject field of the email.

Returns will be accepted 30 days from original completion date unless the item is defective and covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

All returns should include the original product packaging and show no signs of use unless you are returning a unwearable defective product.

Shipping charges, Rush charges and Setup charges are non-refundable.

There will be no returns or refunds of custom or personalized merchandise unless product is defective or customized incorrectly, typographical errors.

Orders returned withour prior authorization will result in delay of any credits and will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns unless items is defective or originally shipped incorrectly.
